Nicola is a member of our Project Worker team.
She runs our Head 2 Work programme; an 8 week course in an employability setting, working on life skills alongside some fun activities, group volunteering and a qualification.
Nicola also has 1-2-1s with individuals on our Barnardo’s Best and Activity Agreement projects. These tailored sessions cover any employability task that needs support, whether it’s building an excellent CV, discovering new places to find work or gain a CSCS card.
Nicola’s Fun Fact: “David Hasselhoff once tipped his Stetson to me and wished me a good day AND Mick Foley said to me “you have a lot of spirit, kid!”.
