Lynsay is a part of our Project Worker team delivering our Stage 1 programme “B’Inspired” and our Stage 2 programme “Step2Work”.
B’Inspired provides 12 weeks of group work with young people. Boosting their understanding of the workplace and working towards boosting their confidence. The programme also consists of a series of work tasters to give the young people an opportunity to sample a variety of work settings.
