Lynsay is a part of our Project Worker team delivering our Stage 1 programme “Barnardo’s Works Best”.
Barnardo’s Works Best is a flexible programme for young people aged 16-24. The programme provides 2 weeks of 1 to 1 contact then 6 weeks of group work with young people. Boosting their understanding of the workplace and working towards boosting their confidence. The programme also consists of a weekly social activity to socialise and meet new young people.
