Hiya, I’m Katie,
I am the employment engagement officer for Barnardo’s. If you need any help to get an apprenticeship, work experience or even a job, I’m here to help you do that!
I used to be a teacher for 11 years and then found a passion working for charities which carried on my love of helping and supporting others when they need it. I joined Barnardo’s in 2025 after finding out about the Study Programme and I love the role!
I feel like I’m always a listening ear, so if you ever need a chat, come and find me!
In my spare time, I enjoy taking my children on adventures, days out, meeting up with friends, (usually at a soft play with the kids!) and going to the cinemas. I’m a big Disney fan, so anything Disney, I’ll be there!
