Employability Project Worker

Findlay is a member of our Project Worker team and runs our Step 2 Work programme. This lasts for 13 weeks and helps young people build up their confidence and skills for employment with work placements, volunteering days and employer talks. Findlay also teaches English to New Scots as part of our Bright Family Futures programme.
