Erin is a member of our Project Worker team.
Erin runs our Step2Work programme, delivering 8 weeks of employability support to young people 16-19 across Renfrewshire. The course covers everything the young people need to help them confidently take their next steps and even includes a 3 week work placement.
She also leads Childcare Bootcamp, a solely childcare focused programme that gives young people practical childcare skills, experience and a guaranteed job interview for a childcare role.
