Erin is a member of our Project Worker team.
Erin runs our Step2Work programme, delivering 8 weeks of employability support to young people 16-19 across Renfrewshire. The course covers everything the young people need to help them confidently take their next steps and even includes a 4 week work placement.
She also leads our Explore programmes assisting young people still at school on their employment journey with training and guidance into work opportunities.
Erin’s Fun Fact: “I’m the biggest Mamma Mia & all things ABBA fan… from the music to the flares I LOVE it!”
