Dawn is the Employer Liaison Officer at Barnardo’s Works Edinburgh.
This means during your time with Barnardo’s she will talk to you about which job you are most interested in and will work with you to understand what that job involves. She’ll then arrange some work experience or volunteering for you that will help you build skills and experience needed to go into work or college.
She can also help you find jobs to apply for and prepare for interviews – or anything else to help you get into work!
An unusual fact about Dawn is: “I have lived in New York, Los Angeles, Sydney, London and, er, Loanhead…”
