Amber is a member of our Project Worker team and runs our new Ikea programme. This includes 8 weeks of employability support to help young people build confidence and skills for employment. Participants then progress onto a 10 week paid work placement with Ikea, with a guaranteed interview at the end of that period.
Amber’s Fun Fact: “I recently became a guinea-pig mummy to Orla and Evie who keep me busy with feeding, playing and poo-picking up”
