Karen delivers personal development and employability programmes and offers pastoral care and 121 support for learners. Karen also leads with marketing and learner recruitment for ETS North and runs our social media campaigns.

Christina works with her colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the service, to support and help as many vulnerable young people as possible. Supporting and inspiring young people to reach their potential.
Cool Fact: Lucy has seen each Toy Story film around 200 times….’to infinity and beyond!’.
Lucy is here to support you with your Maths and English and also help you complete your vocational qualification.
Cool Fact: Claire is really creative and loves to glitter items. Stand still long enough and she is likely to glitter you!
Claire delivers Retail, Warehousing and Management courses. All courses come with work placement experience.
Cool Fact: Michael spent time working in the USA and Australia when he was younger but he still thinks that North Shields is the BEST!! (That may or may not be true).
Michael Frazer is ETS North’s Administrator, Michael looks after purchasing, financial queries, properties, and covers reception and bursaries…and much much more.
Cool Fact: Amanda is a gym fanatic, however you will only ever see her run if there is a glass of fizz waiting at the finish line for her.
Amanda is the first point of contact when the learners arrive each day, she manages reception with an extremely high level of professionalism. Amanda manages ETS North website and processes the learners time sheets, she also covers many Reception and Administration duties and is always there to answer any queries for our learners.
