Jaymie joins our North Ayrshire service having completed an apprenticeship in youth work and helping to run youth clubs across Ayrshire.
Jaymie will be reaching out to young people through the community animation team and providing one to one employability support.
Jaymie also delivers Barnardo’s Fit4Work groups in north Ayrshire. This is an 8 week course, aimed at those furthest removed from work, based on confidence building and helping young people take the first steps in their employability journey, getting young people involved in team building and employability projects, and getting them out and active with trips to events and activities beyond our offices!.
