Hi everyone,

My name is Tenisha Frame, and I am the Pastoral Employability Support Worker at Building Hope Academy, Barnardo’s ETS.

In my role, I :-

• Provide one‑to‑one and group support to students who are experiencing social, emotional, or behavioural challenges.
• Develop and implement pastoral care plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Act as a point of contact for students who may be facing difficulties, offering guidance, mentoring, and wellbeing support.
• Support students with their next steps, including future planning, career guidance, professional development and progression opportunities.

I have been working for Barnardo’s for 3 years supporting Young people and families to access opportunities to achieve their full potential.

My role is to oversee the Building Hope Academy to ensure smooth delivery to enable learners to achieve their goals and aspirations.
