Hi there! I’m Mandeep and I am the Training and Delivery Manager for The JOBS Project.
I have worked for Barnardo’s over 7 years and have lots of experience working with young people and providing support into work. The JOBS Project is a fantastic programme where young people get to develop their personal and professional skills and move into employment.
What I love most about my job is I get to help people and watch their confidence grow, I work with a great team and I learn and laugh everyday!
In my spare time I am a fitness fanatic so either at the gym, hiking or doing yoga. I also love to cook, eat and do some floristry!
