Diploma in Business & Administration Level 3
Course Length: 1 Year
Grading: Equivalent to 1 A Level
Modules: Consists of 8 Business and 2 IT Modules.
At Level 3 you will learn how to supervise others and contribute to wider departmental or organisational change.
For this qualification you will learn in a group environment. You will be assessed using dual assessment through either an assignment or multiple choice online test.
Level 3
You are fairly new to administration or have worked in an administrative role for some time. You would like to prepare to move into a leadership role by learning how to effectively supervise others and contribute to wider departmental or organisational change.
All the resources learners need to complete the qualification are accesses through to Google Classroom Platform. Learned will have access to laptops and desktop computers.
Diploma In Business & Administration Level 2
Course Length: 1 Year
Grading: Equivalent to GCSE Grade 4 or C
Modules: Consists of 7 Business, 2 IT and 1 Customer Service Module.
At Level 2 you will learn how to work with others, and carry out everyday administrative tasks as well as develop a level of individual responsibility.
Level 2
You work or want to work in a business support role. You are interested in learning how to carry out everyday administrative tasks.
All the resources learners need to complete the qualification are accesses through to Google Classroom Platform. Learned will have access to laptops and desktop computers.
After successful completion of this course you can then progress on to Level 3 Business study program or Level 3 Business administrator apprenticeships.
Every organisation requires Business Administration support. Our courses provide the knowledge and skills required for employment in an administrative role. You will have the opportunity to learn in a range of work environments and cover areas such as administration, communication, and reception duties.
You will receive training in:
Clear communication via email, telephone, traditional mail
Reception duties, filing, photocopying, meeting visitors, answering telephone calls, and handling post.
Health and Safety
Diary management and minute taking.
This course is for 12 months and will also include time on work experience.

The level 3 apprenticeship standard for the Business administrator is designed for apprentices in administrative roles. Business administrators show excellent administrative skills and behaviours as well as strong product and/or service knowledge. They provide service in line with business administrative standards and strategy and understand regulatory requirements.
Our Level 3 Diploma for the Business Administrator 3473-03 done through City and Guilds, supports the delivery of all the skills, knowledge and behaviours required. Apprentices will receive a certificate upon successful completion.
This apprenticeship takes an average of 18 months to End point assessment (EPA) and will iclude content delivery, monthly reviews, Maths and English support (if required). All apprentices have to have a minimum of 6 hours per week off the job training (OTJ).

- Knowledge test
- Portfolio-based interview
- Project/improvement process presentation
